Pronunciation of Japanese family name [Q]

Not sure why Google Japan is failing me with this one, but it also does not seem to be in my copy of the Nichigai Associates personal and place name pronunciation dictionary (Beijing University edition, 1,250 pages, attractively priced at 88 renminbi, or about $12.50 (USD)).

Google found one location where the name reading of at least one
person is clearly indicated as Iitsuta:

Also, in the following name dictionary, 飯蔦 comes between 飯塚 [いいづか] and
飯鶴 (probably [いいづる] or [いいつる]) so either Iitsuta or Iizuta is likely:

Many thanks. I found that name and tried Googling the katakana as well, but did not come up with that. Not sure why.
