クレーンの保守要員向けのサービス研修の資料を和訳しています。
顧客とのコミュニケーションでの言葉遣いについての箇所で、parts pitchという表
現が
用いられているのですが、どういう意味でしょうか？
”Parts Pitch"と書かれた下に、研修受講者が書き込むための余白があるだけで、
他に手がかりがありません。
歯車のpitch ではないと思います。
短いものなので、明日（19日）の夕方が納期です。
参考となるような情報を頂ければ、大変助かります。

Partsはクレーンの部品のことなのか、別のことなのか、コンテクストがない
のでわかりません。
Pitchは、「elevator pitch」などで使われる「売り込み、説明」などの
意味かもしれません。
すると、お客様にクレーンの保守に関係した「部品の説明（あるいは売り込み）」
をするということかもしれません。それを、受講者が考えて、書けということ
では？
その「余白」の前に、どんなことが書かれていたかがわかると、もう少し
なにかコメントできると思うのですが。。。

Not a skilled or professional translator, but as a native English speaker, the first thing that comes to mind seeing "parts pitch" is a sales pitch for parts. The items under that phrase would likely be the things the vendor is trying to sell.

I agree with "richvh" on the basic thinking, though to match it better
with the original Japanese description, the 余白 would be the space in
which the crane-servicing trainee would write what they think should be
the sales *pitch* for the *parts* that they think should be used for
servicing the crane that, ummm, needs servicing.
Without seeing the original document I don't know if that's an accurate
interpretation, but FWIW.

どうもありがとうございました！
やはりsales pitchのpitchなのですね。
そうかなとも思ったのですが、サービスマンが部品を売り込むというのが
ピンと来なかったので、皆さまのご意見をお伺いした次第です。
Carlさんの説明で少し納得できました。
原稿はPPTで、Parts Pitchと書かれたところの上には、
この研修プログラムの名称が書かれているだけなのです。
「売り込み」の線で考えてみます。
