Meaning of OA abbreviation

This comes up in a form to be filled out by a customer service representative when fielding a complaint from a customer who claims to have had a skin reaction after using a product. Opposite the heading 症状部位の大きさ, we have a big space (for recording the size of the affected area), followed by "OA."

(I hope it's not something terribly obvious.)

My gut reaction is that, in this instance, OA stands for over-average, on a scale of sizes that would include average and below-average.
