on the second business day after the day of posting

皆様お仕事お疲れ様です。
今、慣れない契約書を和訳しているのですが、
どなたか、"on the second business day after the day of posting"について教え
ていただけないでしょうか。
ネットで調べると、on the second business dayは3営業日目と訳されているようで
す。
「投函日から3営業日目」と訳すか「投函日を含めて3営業日目」と訳すか迷っていま
す。
それとももっと正確な表現はありますか？
よろしくおねがいします。

If Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are business days.

The post is on Monday.

The second business day after the posting is Wednesday.

For what it is worth I find the counting of business days to be confusing
between Japanese and English. Hope this helps to nail it down.

3営業日目とするより翌々営業日としたほうがわかりやすそうですね。
でも次の条項でon the fifth business dayという表現があるので、X営業日目という
表現でそろえたほうがいい気もするし、
ちょっと考えてみます。

I am wondering about this 目. Can't you just say X営業日後迄? Is there some penalty for doing it early?

ご指摘ありがとうございます。

「通知」の条項で、通知が受領されたとみなされる時間について書かれている部分です。

受取人の住所と同一国内から投函した場合、10:00 am on the second business day after the day of postingで、

違う国から投函した場合、10:00 am on the fifth day after the day of postingとなっています。

目のほうがわかりやすい気もするのですが、まだどちらにするか決めていません。

もしも後を使う場合、3営業日目と同じ意味だと2営業日後となりますよね？

How would you translate the "n-th business day after the day of posting"
otherwise?
This way you can consistently say 「公表日後5日目の営業日」or 「公表日後10日
目の営業日」.

目 serves as the "-th" expression in English, of course.
