WordFast Pro to SDL Trados conversion issue

Greetings!

Does anybody else here use Wordfast Pro on a Mac (Apple silicon)?

I'm having issues generating an SDL return package for the job I'm
working on, as in it won't. My internet searches have been of little
use, and I'm still waiting to see if Wordfast HQ (such as it is) responds.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of non-Wordfast software (Mac or Windows)
for batch (preferably) converting individual TXLF format files to
XDLIFF, that would help, too.

FWIW, I have successfully generated SDL return packages in the past with
WFP, but for some reason this job is giving it hiccups.

If anyone fits the parameters, I'm eager for suggestions about what to
look for and what to do!

I can't help you with Wordfast, but CafeTran supposedly handles Trados packages well. It is under active development, it is inexpensive (I believe the trial is reasonably generous) and can definitely be used on macOS, though not sure about Apple silicon. Yes, I have CafeTrans, too, and I have used it successfully from time to
time. (It also occurred to me--too late--that I probably should have
used for this job.)

However, the issue at hand is how to get Wordfast Pro to generate the
output I need.

My understanding was that CafeTran handles TXLF format files and thus would be able to perform the conversion, but if you already use the software then presumably you have already tried that.
