One of the things these adult industry types agree to in this code of
conduct I'm working on is not to provide 模倣性 to minors. Does this
just mean they shouldn't be/give bad examples to minors? I'm having a
hard time wrapping my words around this one.

I think you will need to write around this one. I think it means something
like "Do not induce [or incite] minors to imitate inappropriate behavior."
The Japanese is a lot more compact, don't you think?
