ochokochoi

[Karen Sandness]

In a list of people's personality traits, one of the items is おちょ
こちょい. I've looked this up in several dictionaries, and the
citations on the Internet give no clear indication of its meaning. Is
it related to ちょこちょこ, or is it some newer coinage?

As mentioned by Tomoko Schum, it is spelled おっちょこちょい.

It appears in Bookshelf Basic as:

That must be a typo.
Try looking up おっちょこちょい
(scatterbrained, kind of?)
