I was doing a search today and came across this item on Ebay.  It is someone auctioning his translation services on Ebay.  It got me to wondering if anyone on Honyaku has tried this and if it worked?

Link to auction:

It seems that this person is offering more than translation services too.

Andy,

At five yen a word , I'm surprised he has room to sneeze let alone advertise.
The (cheap translation) world never ceases to amaze.
Just got a similarly low proposal from an Israeli medical translation company telling me that if you can't meet USD 0.04- 0.08 then you don't cut the mustard tiger.

Talk to the hand coz the indemnity ain't listening
