I've received an E-mail from someone named Battushig Myanganbayar whom I would very much like to help, but who's asking for a service I don't and can't provide:

My name is Battushig. I recently moved to Japan and need a phone translator for my hospital appointment this Saturday at 11AM JST for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Would it be possible for you to help me with the translation? (I am deeply aware that such a translation might be out of your routine. However, I need someone to help me in a short notice. I truly appreciate your understanding)
