Does anyone know what we would normally call 折り返し融資 or 折り返し資金 in
English?

Generally to rollover or renew a loan works, but there is a problem, as
normally in the US when a loan is rolled over it is not initially repaid
and then lent back again as is the case with an 折り返し融資,
which I guess is your problem.

Maybe those who are more clued into finance will have a better take on this.
