Dear All,
The following matters of public record may be of interest to anyone considering any sort of business relationship with or legal action against DiscoveryWorks Global. I cannot personally vouch for any of these facts as being true or accurate, but these matters are exactly what I found in my searches in an attempt to assist a translator colleague. I have colored my own personal comments in blue so as to distinguish them from the matters of public record.
The DiscoveryWorks Global web site below is down as of 9:00 am 6/11/2012 and has been so for at least several days:

Note the Status of “VOID” which has the meaning:
"V - Void - A corporation that failed to pay it's annual franchise tax for a period of 1 year or a Foreign Corporation that has not filed their annual reports within a 2 year period."
Since the status of the corporation is inactive and void in the New York and Delaware jurisdictions, respectively, one may then reasonably attempt to determine a court and jurisdiction where legal action might be brought against the company if necessary.
In trying to determine this, I was able to discover from civil court dockets that complaints were filed, judgments were entered and the garnishment of funds was done successfully against DiscoveryWorks Global, DiscoveryWorks Legal and the CEO Harry A. DeBarry in Philadelphia court in the years 2011 and 2012. The relevant civil court dockets appear here:
In an attempt to determine further the actual location of the company DiscoveryWorks Legal, I did a search at the Dun & Bradstreet web site here:
I found the following two entities in New York:

DISCOVERYWORKS LEGAL INC 305 BRDWY FL 9, NEW YORK, NY
I also found the following two entities in Philadelphia:

DISCOVERYWORKS LEGAL INC 1835 MARKET ST STE 600, PHILADELPHIA, PA
I have not purchased any report from Dun & Bradstreet, but anyone with concerns about the company can certainly do so and the costs of obtaining any report could also be shared among several people.
