The embassies have organised a film festival - see program attached.
Pity they didn't contact the Honiara Filmmakers Group too for some
input, but a chance to go see some international films and its free.

Jonathan has organised a film festival Tuesday-Saturday next week at the
Museum Theatre (the one built for the Pacific Arts Festival last year - on
the King Sol side of the museum grounds).

It is open to all and free. Attached is an A4 size poster with details -
please feel free to forward this on and encourage people to go to it,
particularly your Solomon Islands friends and acquaintances.

Anouk, thanks for this. Is the program only of pure watching or is
there something else to it that we are expected to do during
attendance? Would there be programs regarding film making that we
should also attend and participate on?

Thanks alot. Though it's a pity we never been invited for the Festival, atleast we have an opportunity to watch some international films to inspire us to go further into the film industry.
