Hello everyone....Anyone in the group still having the film treatment documents given by Billy W Head and Penny, please forward it to me. Really need those.

Hey Charlie - and everyone else.
I'm still on this list so can answer directly. I can't remember exactly which documents I showed you guys last year but here is a link to my treatment for my short doco film Night Fare. This might be what you are looking for?
And probably more helpful here is a link to the Screen Australia (Australia's main government film funding body) document that explains what a treatment, synopsis outline etc. is This document covers both drama and documentary. Hope this helps. If you need anything else in particular, please let me know and I'll see if I can find it.
