2+ years of SharePoint
2010 development experience which should include
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint's out of the box
capabilities and how to properly extend SharePoint’s functionality
SharePoint components
including templates, workflows, user authentication/authorization
Customizing web parts,
user control and application pages
Strong knowledge of
Publishing features
Developed
external-facing company SharePoint Sites required – will be able to provide
reference
Hands-on experience with
SharePoint configuration and deployment automation for enterprise level
solutions
Strong understanding of
Feature, packaging, Web Template
Strong experience using
PowerShell, SharePoint Object Model , SharePoint programming & performance
best practices
Worked on multilingual
sites, variations and localization
Familiar with
instrumentation
Understand FAST Search
and how to customize search
Can delegate work and
mentor team members
