Job Description:
BMC Remedy ITSM Experienced Consultant/Engineer/Developer. Looking for a mid level resource comfortable working with project and customer teams to extract and develop requirements from customer teams, document requirements, and implement solution in the BMC ITSM Tool Suite. Looking for a self-driven individual who is comfortable driving successful outcomes by engaging and working through, at times, nebulous detail direction, if provided overall strategy and direction. Looking for someone who can quickly identify gaps and apply experience to architect a solution to a successful outcome with less detail level direction.

Must Have:
Requirements Analysis and Implementation skills with BMC Remedy ITSM 7.x Suite (Preferred 7.6.03+ version experience)
Service Desk (Incident & Problem Management)
Service Level Mgt
Service Request Mgt
ARS Development/Troubleshooting

Nice to Have:
ITIL Certifications
Experience with BMC IT Business Management (ITBM)
Experience with BMC ADDM 8.x+
Experience integrating with HP monitoring tools
