Mobile Application Fuzzing setup with HonggFuzz

Hi,

I have got basic questions about HonggFuzz which I need to get answers of at very initial stage of a fuzzing project.

1. HonggFuzz is a black box fuzzer? If yes it can use to fuzz application built with any programming language?
2. I read it can used to fuzz mobile applications. If I have an .apk or .ipa file with me, can I fuzz it with HonggFuzz?
3. What would be the setup as the link says that I can build it on both Android devices (ARM) or personal computers(Intel).   What is the best way to do it?
4. Please provide step wise setup for this purpose i.e. where would I configure fuzzer (mobile or computer)? If on computer how can I link apks on it? How NDK exits in all this?
