Showing two images and images are pixelated

I need help because at this point the app has become unusable.  First, it is often loading two images at a time rather than one at a time. Like they are side by side, and even if I have the window in the shape of those images (tall and half the screen) it still crams two images in there. I can find no menu option to turn this off.

Second, all images viewed in Honeyview are heavily pixelated. Where when viewed in other apps I  don't have this issue.

I used to love this app because I can open multiple image files in separate windows, but these two "bugs?" are makiing the app unusable.

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

First, in the upper right corner of the app's window, click the View button (left to the Slideshow button) and check if the Smart Double Page is enabled. If so, select the Original Size or the Fit in Window to view only one image at a time in the window.

Next right-click the app's window and select the Soften to reduce the pixelation of images you are experiencing. Please try it.

These settings are offered by default when you install the app for the first time. If your problems persist, you may try resetting the configuration of the app.

Open Honeyview > Press the F5 key > Select the Reset button
