Job Title: Salesforce Technical Product Owner

Location: Onsite (5 days/week) – Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX

Duration: 12 Month

 

Interview Process:

1 virtual internal screening

2 in-person client interviews (Juno Beach, FL or Houston, TX)

 

 

Required Skills:

5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Manager with Salesforce

Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Expertise in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum

Experience with Salesforce integrations (API, MuleSoft, SAP, ETL/Data Migration)

Working knowledge of Generative AI/Agentic AI tools (Windsurf, Devin, Einstein AI, Agentforce, or similar)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Salesforce Administrator Certification is required (Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred)

 

Preferred:

Utility/Energy domain experience

Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce

Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce migration experience

Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, SAP, and distributed Agile teams
