Filenaming issue

Windows 7 - 64bit - Honeycam 3.40 beta3
Seems like if I have a filename with an invalid character  e.g ':' - colon, then honeycam creates an empty file. The filename is the previous filename upto the invalid character. There is no error. It doesn't save the data for the file.
