Heathcliffe brownies

Love your cakes, in our local garden centres,   but have to ask, is there a Cliff Richard fan there naming the cakes  if so great   keep up the good work.

Hi Teresa,
I'm really glad to hear you like our brownies. The name Heathcliffe
was conjured up because I love Wuthering Heights & adore Kate Bush's
homage too...the brownie is dark & irrestible...just like Heathcliffe!
I'm not averse to a bit of Cliff Richard- I think Trish in our office
might be quite keen on him. I'll ask her tomorrow,

very chocolately, chewy and rich, with a lovely hint of orange. They
