While we agree that “Social media can’t provide what social change has always required” as noted by Malcolm Gladwell in his article “Why the revolution will not be tweeted” and also believe that “The way forward will not be through the mediation of the screen” as Micah White correctly pointed out in his Adbusters article “Rejecting Clicktivism,” we can use YouTube, facebook and twitter as additional avenues to get the word out and to reach people.
