Dear colleagues and friends,

We are happy to share that the aboutlogic podcast has completed its first season, reaching a total of 10 episodes. We are delighted to have reached more than 1,000 subscribers within the first four months.

We are very grateful for the support of the Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Hamburg.

Over the course of this first season, we had the pleasure of speaking with researchers from logic, computer science, and philosophy, covering topics ranging from type theory and formalisation to the sociology and philosophy of mathematics.

All episodes are available here:

  • Kevin Buzzard

  • Graham Priest

  • Steve Awodey

  • Colin Rittberg

  • Alexander Steen

  • Deborah Kant

  • Andrej Bauer

  • Jordi Fairhurst & Seunghyun Song

We hope the podcast will be of interest to you, your students, and anyone curious about logic and its many facets. Feedback and suggestions for future episodes are always very welcome.

We will conclude Season 1 with our next episode. Season 2 will begin in about a month and will feature, among others:

Please consider subscribing so you do not miss our biweekly episodes.

As Season 2 currently has no external funding, community support helps us keep these conversations going. If you would like to contribute, you can support the podcast here:

Deniz Sarikaya & Thorsten Altenkirch
