Duration: 2 hours course

Pre-requisite: Has to pass our pre – test

Trainers: All professional trainers who poses Degree and Lecturers of Orange International College.

 

Topics covered:-

 

Intended for Clerical and administrative staff who have to read and draft routine communications in English according to clear instructions.

 

In level one, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand simple business communications and to respond to them correctly. Candidates at this level are expected to convey basic messages with moderate success, but with little precision or subtlety.

 

Our coverage of topics is using City and Guilds syllabus.

           

o       Conduct meeting, taking minutes of meeting and answering professionally to questions posted while your boss away.

o       Reply to letters received by boss professionally as per his/her instruction.

o       Tips and tricks in minimizing errors while writing letters to customers, internal customers or management.
