Grove Retrospective Gallery is now offering Workshop or Classroom space for rent to all Art related groups.
We are located in Coconut Grove at 2911 Grand Ave, in the Mayfair Center. This venue is approximately 900 sq. ft.
of air conditioned, well lighted space in the rear of our 6000 sq ft Art Gallery. We are currently working

WORKSHOP USING CHROMA ATELIER INTERACTIVE ACRYLICS
SALLY COOPER, award
winning artist and teacher, will present the many diverse uses
and applications for Chroma Atelier Interactive Acrylics.
The meeting will begin an hour earlier than usual in order to give participants
ample opportunity to experiment using the materials. Please bring your own brushes,
water container, palette and preferred surface. ATELIER INTERACTIVE ACRYLIC
paint will be supplied gratis by Chroma during the demonstration.
This
workshop is offered FREE of charge. Bring a spray bottle for water to experiment
with this paint.

The Artists' Guild and Women in the Visual Arts. Meetings take place on the third

Printmaking Classes
Every Monday evening Fulwood Limited Edition Press holds an open studio for all artists interested
in fine art printmaking. We believe Fulwood Press is the best equipped etching and monotype studio in the east.
Our Master Printmaker, Louis F. Dow, has over 25 years of experience making, repairing, printing
and marketing etchings, monotypes and monoprints, woodcuts and engravings. He also has long
experience teaching individually and group sessions and workshops in Florida, Indiana and California
and has printed and repaired plates by such masters as Dali, Picasso, Renoir and others.
Dow will help artists at all levels of printmaking experience. He will suggest, teach and
demonstrate techniques, give sensitive and helpful critiques and guide artists learning their way around our studio.
Monotype Monday begins at 6:00 p.m. and goes until the last artist leaves every Monday. The fee is
$25.00 which includes everything except paper and etching plates.
The studio is located at: 251 NW 23rd Street in Miami's Wynwood Arts District.

I would like to once again ask you to participate in displaying your works of art for FREE at one of our two community centers,
the E. Pat Larkins Center and the Herb Skolnick Center. You may display up to two works at each center. We also encourage
each artist to submit a one page artist statement/resume along with a one page example of work to be included in our Artists
Book for patrons to view.
Delivery dates for the April exhibit are as follows:
Larkins Center 11:30am-12:30pm- Tues May 3
Skolnick Center- 11:30am-12:30pm- Mon May 9 (note this is the 2nd Monday of the month)

The "Mystery Art Expo" (MAE) will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2011, simultaneously with the annual End-Of-Year
Exhibition at The Learning Tree of Arts (Apollon Plaza, Second Floor, 13863 S. Dixie Highway, Miami) from 6:30 -10:00 PM.
Admission is free, and open to the public. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Voices for Children Foundation,
