Registration | Lease Deed

Dear Residents,

I would like to know if there is anyone left (like me) who has not yet done the registration formality with Noida authorities. I hear from AGC that as of now Noida authority has temporarily stopped registration and would open in few weeks from now. Don't have a confirmed time when it would open.

In case there is anyone left without registration, please share your experience.

I am also in the same situation. AGC guys says that there are some dues from Ajnara to Noida authorities without which the registration is on hold. They kept on telling me that it will be resolved in few weeks but it has been more than 6 months and they are again and again talking about few weeks only.

Could someone share or know the AGC supreme court case number due to which the remaining registration of flats are pending. We can track the case online and know more about whats happening.
