


Dear Homes121 Residents
I want to bring your kind attention for issue discussed on Sunday with AOA members (Almost everyone except Mr Abhay and Mr Satyam Pandey) in presence of Mr Dinesh.
I want to clear here that I do not have any interest in participating AOA election , being a resident I think it’s my responsibility to not remain silent if something is going wrong in front of you.

These are the problem area I discussed during Sunday discussion
- Question 1: No proper arrangement for Guest parking , even in mid night parking at gate no 1 is almost full, no marking for gust parking inside society parking
AOA Answer: There is no Guest parking space provided by builder and that is mentioned in our agreement , the area at gate No1 for parking is not in AOA control .
As per AOA we need to raise request in MY GATE App for guest parking and based on availability security will allow to park.
Conclusion : Is any AOA member can show that they have requested for their guest from My Gate in last six months (its easily available in past request), rules are same for each resident if that is rule they also need to follow.
- Question 2: No proper cleaning in R tower common area, I have not seen using FINAYAL for cleaning from long time ( almost a year , but we are paying for that as a maintenance ) , request them to check R basement CCTV footage available for 1 week to show if I am wrong.
AOA Answer: We are regularly using FINAYAL , they called R tower guard RAGHAV and cleaning staff and they clearly accepted that no Finayal used at least in few days.
Conclusion: We all know that Guar or staff always has fear to speak due to their Job, and if someone like Ragav is showing courage to speak truth then being a responsible resident its our duty to encourage such staff , FINAYL is being used or not for cleaning its clearly visible if you see on your common area , so I believe most of us has observed that its not being used .
- Question3 : For any maintenance request inside flat like ( drill, filling of bathroom Jet , fixing of broken wall or to make a drill to hang curtain and many ) maintenance staff clearly told its not in their scope and they talk rudely to resident , then I asked what is in scope and not at least we can put in public domain in maintenance office so that everyone know same.
AOA Answer: Drilling , fixing broken wall , , grouting, hanging Jet spray wall mount is not in scope , they agree to put information what is in scope and not in maintenance office /
Conclusion: If you will request AOA member and talk personally mostly all NON -Scoped thing come in scope and they will provide some one from maintenance office , but officially all is not in scope , its means AOA want to get them requested by resident for the service we are paying maintenance , so we are always obligated to AOA member who is listing to you.
AOA can easily add essentials ( basic ) service that is require by resident if somehow they were not in scope , because AOA is formed in any society for welfare of resident .
- Question 4: As part of on going balcony repair , my R tower common area attached balcony repaired almost a week ago , I found after few days it was broken , I raised this to Mr Sanjay Jha and then Mr Dinesh , and show them poor material used in repair.
AOA Answer: Building material used is of good quality and there is no issue , then I suggested to go for material testing and Mr Dinesh told that I can go for testing and AOA will support me for testing cost .
Conclusion: Many resident has raised this poor quality issue and no proper answer was given by AOA with any solid proof , I have collected the sample in presence of Mr Sanjay Jha and capture it and send for Lab test, result will come I 3 to 4 days , and I will share with all resident.
Mr Dinesh is saying now we can not pay for all 1700 resident if they are going to test, this was expected to me as well , I am not asking for money , what ever I have paid , as a resident I can do for my society where I am leaving .
I am attaching test lab sample collection video along with few screen shot that is I think enough to show what is going on with our maintenance and balcony repair money.
Request all Homes121 resident to please raise your voice if something is going wrong in front of you for sake of our nation , because if we keen our neighbours heathy , only then our Nation will become healthy.
