I agree with the concerns raised by Murty ji and other residents regarding GBM rescheduling. 

Can we please avoid the last minute re-scheduling of GBM as all the residents have planned some personal & professional office commitments based on the date notified earlier? Because once we get this habit of rescheduling / postponing the events / activities then we never improve and bring the discipline in ourself.  

Hence please try to stick with the original GBM date to have fair participation.

Another important aspect is, AOA has initially chosen a wrong timing of the GBM, it should have been scheduled in previous months to give enough time for preparation of the next year elections as well as review the financial report card of previous quarters. 

Furthermore, this is my recommendation to the current AOA as well as upcoming AOAs, to arrange a mandatory recurring GBM every quarter in the first/second week of the quarter. It will help to discuss/review the tasks concluded in the quarter just finished and can also take a look at the health of the financial statistics/general ledger of Homes121. 

For example we could have arranged the GBM in following manner -

GBM-Q1-2022 - Jan 15th 2022, Saturday 

GBM-Q2-2022 - Apr 16th 2022, Saturday 

GBM-Q3-2022 - Jul 16th 2022, Saturday 

GBM-Q4-2022 - Oct 15th 2022, Saturday
