Maintenance issues at Homes 121, NOIDA (Phase I)

This is subsequent to complaints regarding various important and serious maintenance issues raised / informed by the residents through various means (phone to maintenance office, entry into maintenance ledger, meeting with maintenace staff / incharge in person, phone calls to maintenance incharge etc.).
 
Please be informed that following items regarding the daily maintenace and upkeep of Homes121 Housing Society need urgent attention and action from your end :
 
1. Frequent failure of lifts and residents (sometimes childrens) getting trapped inside the lift for quite long time. This is causing lot of inconvenience to the residents including risk to our childrens' health and life.
2. Frequent (almost daily) shortage of water. The taps run dry (specially the Toilet flush) and when the tank is filled again in the morning lot of mud / sludge comes out of tap. Please note that this cause lot of inconvenience to the residents / school going kids who need to get ready in the morning to catch their office / school. Also, water with sludge will surely damage the installed equipment in our house like RO water filter. geysers etc. the overhead water tank requires URGENT cleaning.
 
Kindly depute someone to look into and address the above issue apart from other day-to-day issues addressed jointly by the residents on weekly basis on Urgent basis.
 
Please treat it as written request / complaint for your prompt action. Please, inform the concerned person in the AGC Homes121 Maintenace team accordingly.
AGC maintenace team shall be responsible for any loss of property / life due to negligence of the above.

Dear Rashmi / Jayant / AGC representative,

This is subsequent to my last mail and various meetings of residents highlighting the quality and safety issues related to lifts installed in various towers of Homes121 , Sector 121, Noida.

As resident of this society, I feel sorry to say that AGC is yet to take this issue of frequent lift breakdown and man trapping seriously. This is endangering the life and safety of the residents. Today, a kid was trapped for almost half an hour before he was rescued.

We once again request you to take this on priority and do the needful for safe operation of all the lifts.

Homes121 Maintenance team will be solely responsible for loss of life or property due to their negligence even after repeated request of the residents.

In addition to this, till now fire alarm is not ready yet (though we are paying full maintenance for last several months).

Yesterday, it was tested for the first time in tower N and the best part is, it does not have the backup. So, if the power fails with the fire (which is not unusual) the alarm will go off. So no safety at all.

We all are living here at our own risk, no file alarm, non-functional lifts, dumpers/tractors running all around. No play area for kids in phase 2 and 3 even after one year of possession, they are forced to play on driveway. Is this what we have paid for in advance for two year, a year ago? I still don't know, for what we have paid so much money?

Looking at the condition, I seriously doubt if Noida will give CC for such a bad shape society. No fire safety, nothing. They have some parameters to be fulfilled before they can give CC. So CC seems to be a distant dream for now. :(
