Hi All,

Today I had a word with Sanjeet(9871593134) regarding my loan
disbursement and got to know that due to huge rush IDBI is not able to
process all loan requests and there are chances that lots of tpeople
would be left over with the 8.25% interest scheme.

All those people whose loan had still not got disbursed please
coordinate with Sanjeet and submit any remaining papers personally on
IDBI Jhandewalan's office by tomorrow (Even Sanjeet and team is not
able to coordinate with everybody as they have token a lot's of loan
applications and are not able to handle).

Probably I would also be going tomorrow for submitting any papers due.

Thanks
Alok

yes, this is true that its not sure that IDBI will disburse the amount before 31st, even if you have submitted all the req docs. The reason for this is that they are overloaded with the loan applications, and its the financial year end as well, so they are overloaded.
If you really want to get the amount disbursed then probably you need to spend one full day in there office, and keep on talking with the officials, because there are so many applications, and those who are there and pressurizing them will be able to get it done on time.

I did the same, and my amount has been disbursed yesterday.

Thanks,
Nitin.

Hi Nitin,

Do you have a local guarantor. I submitted all my docs in Feb mid, but since i don't have a local guarantor, my amount has not been disbursed so far....

wondering what to do...?

Yes they are very much overloaded . they even lost my ECS papers twice and lately informed some discrepancy in the allotment letter. I took personal interest and visited victorious office in vaishali then got the corrections done with ajnara and finally went to IDBI, Jhandewalan office with all the required papers. After reaching there I had to finsih further formalities. I  finally got the disbursement yesterday after spending full day with them. yes you need lot of patience in dealing with these people.

Hi Guys,

I don't know whether they are overloaded or just now have started to work, I have submitted my various documents more than three times but they are always short of documents. From last three days in every two or three hours , they are asking for different documents.

It is true if you want your loan to be disbursed , you have to visit atleast once their Jhandewalan office. My loan also only got disbursed today only.

Regards,
Ashish Gupta

Hi Kuldeep,

yes bro, you need to have a local guarantor, along with his address proof,PAN card etc.
This is something which is required for every loan.
So, talk to someone(relative/friend) in NCR area ,and process the docs, thats the only solution.

Thanks,
Nitin.

Thanks Nitin.

I do have friend in NCR, but the problem is that none have the property on their name?
is it mandatory to have a property on their name? what if they are salaried and looking for buying a home like us.

Kuldeep

Hi Group,

We also have been pushing our files for last 2-3 days and yesterday found that the Victorious guys didn't submit the signature mismatch affidavit and hence our case is still pending.
Can you guys please tell if the files are not disbursed @ 8.25% and we have to go for 8.75%,same processing fee will forwarded or we'll end up paying further processing fee??

I dont think that the guarantor needs to have a property in his name, as in my case, they have not asked for any property papers of the guarantor.

Thanks,
Nitin.

Hi Rahul,

Yes we are also talking about the IDBI only, and in my case they did ask for the guarantor.
I am not sure why there rules are different for different applications.

Thanks,
Nitin.

Well, while a verification call from IDBI person, i was asked for any local guarantor, I strictly denied and he didn't ask me again.

Bank(s) are used to collect as many documents as you can give. Though I believe they help our case.

I was asked by my broker to submit my engineering degree's copy while I was wondering hpw my engineering degree matters with the home loan. Though it may have strenghten the case.

Even I told them upfront itself that i don't have a close relative who can be made guarantor, but if required my father(not from NCR) can be shown as guarantor. They said OK, we will try to either remove the clause of local guarantor or consider ur father as guarantor.

But later surprisingly, they didn't do that...Now today I saw that they have cleared the processing fee cheque, though I don't th
ink that the disbursement has happened...

Hi Rahul,
My processing fee is around 7600 (excluding admin fee 2500 paid intially).

Hi Group,
Does clearing of processing fee cheque mean that loan is disbursed???

Hi Nitin,

That is why they are asking for Guarantor in your case, If you are married them make your wife  as coo-applicant and they will not require any guarantor any more.

Regular EMI would start by 10th May, whereas a pre EMI(interest from 31st mar to 10th April) would have been deducted from applicant's account on 10th April itself.

Thanks
Alok
