Failed to set device

App was working fine.  Then suddenly, video froze.  Now when I open the app, I get:

"Failed to set device"

Same message when using the Signal meter.  My four tuners show in the drop down though.

Tuners are accessible and stream no problem via PC.

Device: Asus TF701

Any ideas.

Thats usually a sign that communcation with the hdhomerun is flaky. Have you tried rebooting your android device and hdhomerun and router and see if that clears it up. If it doesn't send me some debug logs and I'll see if I see anything that might cause the issue in them.
