VLC stuck on Windows 7 -Samsung S3

Hi, I bought the Homerun TV app, installed the HomerunStreamServer, ran it, and when i try to open a channel, the DOS windows that appears gets stuck in "starting pre-buffering". I have set my phone to the lowest resolution possible. Is there anything i need to do to make the SW work?

What version of VLC and windows are you using?

I just tested again on Win8 64-bit with VLC 2.0.8 and it went fine. I know there are issues with windows 7 64-bit requiring the 64-bit version of the VLC and the 64-bit version of VLC though.

Hi.
I have the same problem on win7 ultimate 32bit.
I have installed the vlc 2.0.8 32 bit and uses the 32 bit HSS.
What to do?

(on my laptop with win 7 64bit it works fine with the 64 bit vlc and HSS)

btw: What are the minimum requirements for the app? (should an atom 2,13 ghz handle the stream in 480 pixel @ 1024 kbit?)
