spanish as default on one channel

I use this app pretty frequently, but on ONE station, New England Sports Network, the audio defaults to Spanish.  Just that one.  Weird.  Then when I go into the audio settings and manually change it to English, the audio is about 10 seconds ahead of the video (or vice versa but I'm pretty sure I have it right).  Again, it's only for NESN broadcasts.  Any ideas or fixes?  Thanks
