I am interested in seeing a 2D image reconstruction of a phantom data that was taken at different timepoints for different channels. How can I do that with Homer ?
It is not a human skull phantom, it's just a rectangular phantom, so do I still need to use AtlasViewer ?

Homer doesn’t presently process data with different channels acquired at different times.

The best approach would be to fabricate your snirf file to create a data time series as if all channels were collected at the same time.

Then process that data to get the measurements of the changes and then run it through to the atlasViewer image reconstruction.

Of course, atlasviewer will then analyze it as if the data was acquired on a head model, not a flat phantom. But that is a good start for you anyways.

Thanks for such quick reply.
All the channels acquired data at same time, But i want to reconstruct image for one particular timepoint, so I have the data for that timepoint saved in excel sheet for all the channels.
Do I need a continuous data set for image reconstruction ?
How can I reconstruct this data with AtlasViewer, could you please point me to right link or video which addresses this question if possible ?

I am not sure if that tutorial exists at the moment.

We certainly go through it in our Homer class and you can view the lecture and exercises through openfnirs.org with a premium homer subscription.

Please see access details at https://openfnirs.org/software/homer/

If you are a Homer Premium member then you can access the associated lecture and exercise at

https://openfnirs.org/training/homer-premium-high-resolution-fluence-profiles/fnirs-training-course-materials-2019/

Thanks for supporting Homer!
