AtlasViewer not loading digpts correctly?

I am having an issue registering my probe geometry in AtlasViewer. I attached a screenshot of what the optode arrangement looks like when I launch AtlasViewer. I'm not sure if there is an error in my digpts file (which is definitely possible since this is the first one I have ever generated) that it isn't being read correctly or some other issue I'm unaware of. It loaded the NZ, IZ, Cz, RPA, LPA points, but my template is all bunched together and the MNI coordinates of the optodes are off. 

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Most likely you are using centimeter units when atlasviewer is expected millimeter units
