Dear All,
We collected data with a NIRSport device using the headband which covers PFC. We would like to use information from AtlasViewer for checking the validity of mapping channel coordinates onto Brodmann Areas (BA). Attached is a figure demonstrating the coordinates and the sensitivity map of our optodes. We tried Ippeita Dan's toolbox and
NIRS_SPM for coregistration but for some channels, there is no corresponding BA, which seems confusing as the sensitivity map from Atlasviewer suggests we should. So currently we think that there might be a problem either with the digpts.txt file we have or we are doing something wrong with the projection/mapping of those opted coordinates.

I am not sure what the problem is. The figure you provided shows that AtlasViewer provided MNI coordinates and a label for each of the channels.
