Hi all,

Can I ask if the channels excluded on .nirs files when processed through Homer2 will be also be excluded when performing reconstruction in AtlasViewer?

Meena,

AtlasViewer does an image reconstruction using the HRF output from Homer. If this HRF output excluded the channels, then the image recon in AtlasViewer will also exclude the channels.

Looking at the ImageRecon.m file in AtlasViewer, I also confirm around line 326 that SD.MeasListAct is checked and explicitly removes channels that have been deactivated in Homer.
