How stable is Homer 7?

We're currently running Homer 5, captagent & Kamailio. We need to make some changes to the deployment of our Homer setup and I'm keen to evaluate HEPlify-server as an alternative to Kamailio so we can pull data into Prometheus more easily. Is there an estimated release of Homer 7 and how stable is it currently? I'd rather upgrade to 7 if we can but this is for our production system.
