webhomer single sign on with ldap - please review

Hi,

i tried to add single sign on with ldap (tls; Version3). My main problem was to destroy the session after logout and not to initiate a new login.
Please review the patch and logic and feel free to commit/add. If you agree, i can commit this patch on my own.

A Second randomly problem is, that LDAP_DEBUG/apache2-error.log says:

TLS: can't connect: (unknown error code).
TLS: peer cert untrusted or revoked (0x42)

does anyone knows this problem? While seeing this error, login is not possible. Closing Browser or restarting apache seems to
solve the problem .. sometimes. So 10 Times everything is fine, than Login is not possible. Apache BasicAuth via LDAP always
works.

The patch is agains webhomer_3.5 branch.
