H7 Docker for DEVs

Hello Packeters, and thanks for your patience! 

This list has been pretty quiet but things are about to change. We're finally back at work on Homer 7.x and published the first set of Containers for DEVELOPERS and TESTERS (not yet end users!)

The containers and compose recipes for a quick spinup are available at: https://github.com/sipcapture/homer-docker/tree/master/heplify-server

There are still bugs and glitches we need to iron out, mostly UI related, so all input is welcome, and contributions are even more!

You can use this mailing-list or open issues on the main HOMER github w/ tag H7
