Annual Life Safety Testing of Fire Alarms and Sprinkler Flow
Tentative rough schedule
(subject to change)
3-4 TBR 8AM to 9:15AM
5 TBR 9:15AM to 10AM
OTBR 10AM to 11:15AM
20-70 11:15 AM to 12:30PM
These are the rough times for sprinkler contractor flow testing of the main and section valves.
(details below) Hopefully things may move a bit quicker.
The fire alarm contractor may linger a bit longer performing additional testing but this is less disruptive .
Access into all units to be expected.
Audible alarms will be set off.
Trustees, please post notice.
Landlords must inform tenants.
Access is required into these units to test sectional branch valves and PH drain valves:
3-4TBR, Units 8, 11, 14, and 17
20-70 Howard, Units 20-4, 30-5, 40-7, 50-5
OTBR: Units 1B, 1C-D, 2B, 2C, 3C, 3D
In the garage, please leave these parking spaces open to test sectional valves at ceiling (over cars):
Space 31, 33, 36, 42, 44, 45.
These are assigned to 60-1, 70-3E, 50-3, 30-3, and 20-1.
