Several residents have been seeking referrals for AC service work.
There have been a couple of reports of loud or vibrating condenser units.
Yesterday I met with Ray Gircys of Farina Corp to introduce him to our community.
I pointed out the various buildings and locations of the AC condensers.
We also viewed the common area units in bsmts of Bldg 1 and 5.
(I have asked to have Bldg 5 air handler to be programmed to cycle on and off and not run continuously)
(I would like to see Bldg 1 air handler get lubricated and checked annually.)
Seasonal inspections and minor service costs $40 per ton.
Most of you have 2 – 3 ton units.
