Tomorrow, and the next few days, we will be installing gutters/snow rails/downspouts at the main stairway to Bldgs 3 and 4.

This safety mitigation project is to prevent accumulation of rain and ice on the stairs during the winter, and prevent avalanches from the roofs above.

 

This is challenging work at great heights on extension ladders, scaffolding, and planks.

There will be periods of time when we need to redirect stairway traffic for everyone’s safety.

There may also be times when the mailbox is not safely accessible.

 

Please obey all requested detours for your own safety and the safety of the workers.

The risk may not always be apparent with workers out of site 2 and 3 stories above you,

so please do not duck under caution tape. 

 

This project will proceed carefully and may take 5 days.  

Your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
