HOL Cooking Classes are back!

Dear Friends, Mark your calendar. The HOL Orphanage fund raising cooking class luncheon is back with two new classes!! November 12, Korean cooking class by Jieun Lee November 19, Mexican cooking class by Andrea Maldonado Jieun is from Busan, Korea. Prior to Shanghai, she has lived in Nevada, USA for 5 years. She has 2 children, both attending Dulwich. Her husband loves her food so much that he would only eat Korean food everyday. Jieun is going to teach us how to make the lovely food she prepared for her family with 2 of her friends, Hye Lee nad veronica Park. Andrea Maldonado is from Mexico City and has lived in Tijuana near San Diego, California in US prior to coming to Shanghai one year and 3 months ago. Andrea takes pride on making authentic Mexican food with natural ingredients only-- just the way my mother cook, she said. Her homemade corn tortilla and salsa are out of this world!
