I'm back at it! I got into the new house and set up the pin last
night. I have decided that I'm going to do some of the work on the
cabinet and the translight so that while the full programming isn't
finalized it looks good in the room.
I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on printing a translight for
this thing. I can do the photoshop part, but I'm wondering how you
would consider printing a translight.

I'm going to somewhat answer my question. Ed Chung did one for a
space shuttle that will work as a how to for us home brew people.

No endorsement, I haven't dealt with them at all, but these guys are
in my collection of pinball links, and they look like they might be an
option for printing.

I've had several (arcade) pieces done by the Mame Marquees people and have been very happy. Even when I screwed up the application of a piece (totally my fault), they offered me a replacement at a steep discount.
They do have a material they use for the marquees for arcades, which is essentially equivalent to a translite.
Cheers, Chris
