These are exciting times at PinballControllers.com!
In addition to our original product, the P-ROC board, we are now offering nearly everything custom pinball developers need to control a pinball machine, whether it's a re-theme of an existing machine or a completely new design.
Our new products include:
Driver Boards - Unlike traditional power driver boards, these boards are very small, each being 2.5"x8", drive up to 16 circuits, and can be chained together using a 2-wire cable. Therefore they provide designers the luxury of locating them wherever they want in their machine, significantly simplifying wiring requirements. Mix and match as many boards as you wish to control all of your machine features, including very large lamp matrixes (8x8, 16x8, 8x16, 16x16, etc) and hundreds of individual features (coils, motors, flashlamps, etc). These boards can be controlled by a P-ROC or common microcontrollers like Arduinos and Parallax Propellers.
70V/24V Power Supply - Perfect for use with our new driver boards, this power supply provides 400 watts of power at 70V and 24V. Combine this with a standard computer ATX supply (5V and 12V), and you'll likely have all of the voltages you need for a custom pinball machine.
LED DMDs - We are offering Vishay Red and Orange LED DMDs. We offer each of these in a standalone bundle with a data ribbon cable for new machine designers and an upgrade bundle with a power cable for people replacing the plasma displays on their WPC/Stern machines.
Starter Kits - For those of you who need a bunch of our products for your custom machine, we offer starter kits containing various combinations of our products at lower prices than buying them individually.
Pre-configured Computer Systems - For those of you not wanting to deal with computer selection and software installations, we offer a pre-configured, small form factor (6"x6") Intel Atom-based computer system, complete with motherboard, memory, pre-loaded storage, and an ATX power supply. We are currently loading these with the Ubuntu 11.04 operating system and all of the common P-ROC software tools and frameworks.
