If you have never made cheese before but would like to get started,
then this is the class for you! Come learn how easy cheesemaking can
be. This class will cover making paneer, fresh cheeses with direct set
cultures and yogurt.

Cost: $25.00 which includes a free "Easy Paneer" kit  or direct set
culture of choice
