An introductory class on how to make Mead, the ancestor of all
fermented beverages. Mead is an easy-to-make yet very fancy alcoholic
beverage which can be prepared in many different styles. We will
cover: mead history, basic brewing techniques, and the different types
of mead, including fruit and herb meads.
