Congratulations to Joel who finished his rig and made a QSO right off the bat.

(The squeal is due to an electrolytic in the 12V TX line not quite in the right place.)

Steve,

I finished the LPF, and I couldn't resist answering the USS Hornet station observing Pearl Harbor day's CQ, and guess what he came back to me. Not bad for 2-3 watts.

I get a real loud squeal for just a split second when I un key, pretty sure it's audio feed back. I need a split second delay somewhere, but not sure where.

Now to build a pre amp for the 386 chip, just not enough gain.

Woot!!!

Ditto from me as well Joel, I have yet to make a QSO on 7200 with store-bought gear and 50 watts!

There also "should" be a prize for being the first on this 3 or so year-old list for successfully completing a DSB transmitter. ;)
