Job Description: IT Recruiters (1-3yrs)

·         End to End IT recruitment activities.

·         Analyzing and understanding the Technical requirements

·         Handle complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, and HR interviews.

·         Identifying & evaluating the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description.

·         Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time, managed the resource allocation and maintaining database, generating references from database.

·         Preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their communication, technical skills, location, relevant experience, salary and notice period

·         Scheduling the shortlisted candidate’s further interview process

·         Following up with candidates on till joining date and updating recruitment MIS
