Is there some bias towards wargames?

Is it just me or do the collections feature pretty heavily in war simulation games? Quite many of them are also Top-Dogged. Has anyone else noticed this? Because I've been reading and correcting only the Top Dogs under special characters and 'A' there's a chance those, especially the special character/number ones (e.g. http://www.homeoftheunderdogs.net/game.php?id=2421), are just likelier to be war-related.

So if there's any long-time visitors, I'd like to hear if you think this is a thing or not.
